Worst hotel ever, don't stay at this place.Full of drug dealers and drug addicts.Roaches in the room and the coffee cups.
We lived Broadstone Flamingo West from June 2016 to Dec.2016. We had one noisy neighbor and after a couple visits to the office they finally moved out. Other than that we truly enjoyed our stay. It was a safe community, close to everything that you can want, and a friendly staff. (especially Chris the Property Manager) We would've stay but found the house of our dreams just in time birth of our son. At renewal time the renewal offer did increase, but in their defense, all the apartments in the area are around the price range they were offering. We recommend this community to anyone looking to a safe, nice and quiet place to live!
BEWARE DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!I would give this place a zero but in order to post I had to have at least one star. For my first time renting an apartment this place gave me the worst and emotional experience EVER! The maintenance here is terrible nothing really gets fixed like it should. Most days the sprinklers come on and I have to get up and go to work I have to get my uniform wet just to get to my car because the sprinkler heads shoot out water further than it should. The walk-ways are always wet because the sprinkler heads aren't adjusted to JUST WATER THE GRASS. No! They water the grass, your walk-ways and YOU because you can't get around to a dry spot it's so bad. The kids in the neighborhood throws rocks and trash everywhere and the staff says nothing about it. I have never seen a pest control person in the complex so there is an investation of ANTS and ROACHES in every part of the complex ESPECIALLY when the summer comes. The management staff is horrible, they don't follow up on complaints by the tenants AND get attitudes with you whenever you ask for something. If you really have an issue your best bet would be to deal with the Regional Manager Nikelle. She was more helpful to me than those witches and clowns in the front office. Parking IS SO BAD! They don't assign the residents parking spaces close to their units -it's always further away from your apartment home. I've seen the POLICE in my complex at least five times in my complex in a YEAR which is still bad because that means there is something going on occasionally with either the residents AND OR THEFT. And like I said the management staff doesn't communicate with the residents. Do not let these people try to FOOL you into thinking this is the place you want to rent. PLEASE heed my advice, it has been a financial burden and emotional rollercoaster to be bound to this hell hole of an apartment complex. It cost me more tears than anything
Ok so after reading the reviews the negative ones they probably got evicted or caused problems here...I came from Alaska and had to do everything online. So we all know that you can make anything look good online...but I have to say when I got here I was impressed how they look online is how they look....very nice and clean...staff is on point..polite..helpful..and get the job done..and maintenance is awesome.. put in a request it is done same day or next day.. the place is immaculate they clean around here constantly 7 days a week you will see them cleaning...And Bernice (bernie) you do a awesome job not to mention very kind...thr only thing bad I could say does not have to do with staff maintenance or housekeeping..it has to do with the tenantslipper who let their dogs crap everywhere and do not clean up after them...you all nasty...but I have to say Bernice be on it next day cleaning up behind your pets...I don't understand this cuz the provide poop bags for you to clean up..just lazy....ANYWAYS THANK YOU TO STAFF EXPECIALLY MIMI...MAINTENANCE AND HOUSEKEEPING...EXPECIALLY BERNICE..JOB WELL DONE THANK YOU FROM JACKIE&JOHNNY WARREN
GHETTO!!! We checked this place & we saw nothing but trashy people, drunks, drug dealers in the parking lots, Mexicans & blacks use the parking lots to fix cars while playing their loud music until late at night. There is no one in charge after hours. An old timer told us that the owner have for years paid $5.00 to the tenants to post "five star ratings". Check this dump on the weekends especially at night and see for yourselves.
The landlord at this establishment is rude, disrespectful, unprofessional and treats guests and tenants like crap. Her Volger language towards tenants and guests is unacceptable. Every time we make an attempt to go look at a unit the landlord/manager is never there. Tenants and perspective tenants are always lined up at the office for hours waiting for her to show up and she never shows up. We were told Jerry (landlord) screens her calls. Jerry is only there on rent day. One even told us that by the time jerry finally showed up in the office they were late on their rent because of her negligence as a landlord and landlord/management threatened them with eviction if the late fee wasn't paid. What kind of landlord/manager do you have running this establishment? We were thinking of renting from you, but not if the landlord/manager is never there. What kind of management only shows up on rent day. Isn't that illegal to withhold their mail and why is she charging for late rent when it's not the tenants fault she's never there. When my wife asked about the maintenance one of your tenants informed us it's bad. Took them a month for them to get a new A/C and the temperature was ranging from 100-121 that month. That's unacceptable. That's against the law to have tenants wait that long. We noticed on our visit that the drug activity is really bad there and the landlord does nothing about it. Drug deals were going on while she was standing there and did nothing but laugh. She overly friendly with her tenants. After seeing and listening to tenants complain about all this activity in one visit, I've decide to move somewhere else and we have no choice but to report this to the renters association. The only gates open for access for tenants and emergency vehicles are in the back. The main gates are permantely locked. Isn't that against fire code? This is not a safe environment for families.
We rented a 2 bedroom from these people. They have done nothing but lied to us from the start. We have been there less than 3 mo. The roach infestation is so bad I will be leaving all the electronics when we move. 2 days ago the downstairs tenant pulled a gun on me. When my wife asked for our money back today. The Manager cursed at her told her to get out. Then called the police. This place is a dump. My next step is to file suite to recover the money it cost to move in and contact the local media about this. DONT EVEN BOTHER LOOKING AT THIS PLACE.
Vary poorly managed, I haven't had hot water in the bathroom for 3 weeks. I tryed to let the manager know and even talked directly to the maintenance man and still I'm being ignored. I pay my rent on time I keep my apartment clean and I mind my own business. You would think they would take better care of me. O well, we live and learn. Next time I come in town ill just stay somewhere else. I'm sure they don't really care.
We have been a resident for a year and a half now and it has been a good experience for us. Beautiful place to stay, good community, and they get things done. Thanks Fairways!
Meadows condominiums is a total cesspit of drug dealers, squatters, crack heads, malicious vandals, brothels, boom car parties, drunken loiterers, frequent burglaries, malicious destruction, domestic disturbances, and late-night outdoor fights. You can check out the crime for yourself on Crimemapping dot com. Just enter 210 mission laguna lane las vegas, and you will see all the crime for the last 3 months. It looks nice here, but it's really more like a combat zone. Another thing you can do to observe the situation for yourself, if you are still thinking of moving here, is to park your car by the back gate and watch the people who park their cars on Meadows Lane, go in the complex, and then come back out just a few minutes later - Those people will be the drug customers. And you know what happens to a "community" when there are lots of drug customers coming in and out. Stay far away if you value your life, your property, and your sanity.
