I recently bought an older house that is a fixer-upper and the furnace needed more than major TLC. After shopping around I decided on going with Four Seasons to get it replaced. I was told by the previous owner that the furnace was more than 18 years old so I figured a new one would be a good idea since they're more energy efficient. I decided on a higher end Lennox unit because it qualified for a tax credit. The entire process, from sales to installation was really great. Walter, my salesman, was really informative and I really liked that he wasn't like a typical sales guy and wasn't putting pressure on me. Like I said, I shopped around and Walter was able to match the lowest offer at the last minute and since he put up with all my haggling, I gave him the sale and so far, I'm glad I did. The installation was the next day and the installers were on time. They did have some problems with the installation that required them to go back to their shop to get some parts but the guys kept me informed and worked really hard. Installation took almost 8 hours and even though the guys were exhausted at the end, they made sure I didn't have any questions before they left. Everything was cleaned up and I can actually say they left the place looking cleaner than when they arrived, since I hadn't cleaned around the furnace and it was pretty nasty. I got a follow up call a couple days after the install and did a little survey. The lady (I don't remember her name) was very nice and friendly and I like how they followed up, in case I had any problems. Overall, I would definitely recommend Four Seasons to anyone looking to get their furnace replaced.
We had our furnace stop working in April and we called Four Seasons to take a look at it since we purchased it from them about 5 years ago and we get our scheduled cleanings done through them as well. The service tech was really nice and called about 20 minutes before he arrived. He wore shoe covers so as not to get my floors dirty, which I thought was considerate. Eventually, he diagnosed a bad blower motor and when I asked him what the damage would be to replace it he asked to see my contract. Luckily the wife files everything away and I was able to find it and he said that we were covered for parts and labor and since we had kept up with our cleanings the motor would be replaced under warranty. The tech had the part in stock in his van and it took him a little over an hour to fix the furnace. I felt bad as there wasn't much room for him to work but he said that he commented about having worked in smaller spaces before. I thought it was awesome that the tech asked to see our contract first instead of playing off my ignorance and charging me unnecessarily to replace the part. He also mentioned that we were offered a longer warranty than what most other competitors give. What great customer service!
We needed a new furnace so I found a ad in the suntimes and I checked a few sites and they had good ratings .The estimator was very nice he took the time to tell us about what we should do and he didnt push us he let me and my wife think about it and we called him several times with more questions and he never seemed to mind .The thing that got me to write this review which I never do is the fact that after the job was complete about a week later he called and said he had something for us and would like to stop by .The door bell rings and I open the door and he has a gift box in his hand and says my wife is a pastry chef and she baked some cookies for you.I WAS SHOCKED WE HAVE HAD NEW WINDOWS A ROOF NEW FENCE ETC OVER THE YEARS AND NEVER HAVE WE EVEN GOT A THANK YOU CARD HE WENT OVER AND ABOVE WHAT WAS NECESSARY .He also went down stairs and looked over the job and answered a few questions I had .I can tell you that Four Seasons has the best people I have ever worked with on my home improvements the installers were nice the phone lady the sales guy it was just a great experience .
I recently had a situation at my home with my furnace breaking down late Friday night. After numerous phone calls to multiple companies I realized that a lot of the companies advertising 24 hr service were a sham. I was connected repeatedly to answering machines and what appeared to be a call service of some kind. I needed someone at my house A.S.A.P after looking a little further I was pleasantly surprised to find FOUR SEASONS HEATING &amp;amp; AIR CONDITIONING. When I called this particular company I spoke to the receptionist who then transferred me right away to the service department. They were able to send a service man out within that hour. When the service man Randy arrived he was very professional and explained to me what was wrong with my furnace, what part I would need, and the cost of the repair. I chose the repair he had the part on his truck and had me up and running in about 30 minutes. This company is breath of fresh air. I recommend FOUR SEASONS to anyone looking for a fantastic Heating and Air conditioning Contractor
To be quite honest, when I called last night around 6:00pm, I expected to be given an appointment for the following morning since I was calling on a Sunday evening. To my surprise, the operator was sympathetic to my situation (a hose underneath my sink burst open and my kitchen was quickly filling with steam and hot water) and recommended that I have someone out right away since time is the enemy when dealing with a water leak. AND it cost the same amount as it would have if someone came out during the week during regular hours! Finally a company that understands that plumbing problems usually don't present themselves Monday-Friday between the hours of 9 and 5 and staffs accordingly! At any rate, Steve came out about an hour later, fixed the problem immediately and even recommended a few good restoration companies that would also come out after hours to remediate the water damage. Thanks Four Seasons!
The weather in April should be warm instead I found my self with no heat on a 35 degree day .I needed the furnace repaired and repaired fast .I have used Four Seasons Heating in the past so I looked them up on Yp.com .I called and they said that a repair man would be at my home in 2 hours or less .I was very happy when the door bell rang and it was the guys from Four Seasons .He went to work and found that I had a bad saftey switch he kept looking and I was glad he did after about a hour he found Four dead birds in the Flu gas pipe .I was happy that he took the time to find what was causing the issue and that he did not rush and he made sure everything was ok .I had decided to sign up for yearly service because thats one thing I forget each year .I was happy to have them call me after the service man keft and they wanted to be sure I was happy with everything .
I called Four Seasons during the flooding last month, my basement had flooded and my hot water tank had been under 3ft of water. What a mess!!! I called on a Sunday, they sent out the service guy right away. Unfortunately my hot water tank was shot, shocker after 3ft of water. The service guy set up for me to have a new tank installed the same day, because they were putting in so many they actually upgraded me to a better tank. Awesome!!! The installers showed up later that night and put the installation in it only took about 2 hours, the main installer was really nice, I think they his name was Jeremy, he was really personable and explained everything he was doing to me. I was extremely please with my experience and will defiantly continue to use this company in the future. -Nelson
We had Four Seasons come out and look at our furnace on 3/23. The technician's name was Justin and he seemed very knowledgeable and friendly. He quickly discovered that the flame sensor was dirty and cleaned it. He also noticed that we had some spray paint in the room next to our furnace (my wife is into art and uses spray paint in some of her work) and said it was possible the spray paint caused the flame sensor to get dirty. He advised my wife to not spray near the furnace (she only does this during the winter time) to help keep the sensor from getting dirty unnecessarily. We are very pleased with the service we received and will be using Four Seasons for our imminent AC and furnace needs. Many thanks to Justin!
Four Seasons is fantastic! I had a new furnace and A/C installed, along with attic insulation and must say my house feels totally different now. I told the salesman that my house has always been uncomfortable in the summer and winter seasons (for over 10 years) and he promised me comfort, and so far he has delivered! Every room is nice and cool now and I don't have to hang out in the basement to try and keep cool. It took a day for everything to get installed and the crew was very nice and professional. They left the place clean and explained how to use the new thermostat. I am extremely happy customer and look forward to seeing how comfortable my house will be in the coldest of winter days.
We recently had a new Lennox furnace installed by Four Seasons and I wanted to share my fantastic experience. Our old furnace was 22 years old and had been repaired twice for separate issues in the past so we opted to get it replaced this time because there was a problem with the heat exchanger. From the first service call we put in to get the old furnace looked at, to the crew who installed the new furnace, the level of service was exceptional and it's quite a change from what we've become accustomed to in the service industry. Everyone was professional, thorough, and good at what they did. We'll be recommending Four Seasons to family and friends alike!
